On Scandinavian Time

When it comes to watches, I'm a pretty classic guy. I want a timepiece that goes with everything I'm wearing and doesn't have too many bells and whistles. I have pretty small wrists, so I also can't wear watches that are too large and bulky. 

Clean, streamlined, simple. 

Basically, I just want something Scandinavian. lol. They have perfected that minimalist ethos, from their interior design, to their clothing and accessories. They know what's up! For today's post, I partnered with Malleo Watches, a watch brand who's designs are based on modern Scandinavian design and have names inspired by norse mythology. 

Malleo has a tool on their site that lets you customize your own watch. From the face, to the watch case and strap, you can design it to match your own style! It's pretty cool and goes back to that idea I keep talking about: the customer is involved in the design process. 

I chose the 'Frode' watch, which in norse mythology means "Clever, wise and quick to learn". I only hope I can live up to my watch's name! I paired it with a silver, mesh metal strap because silver goes with everything. A brown or black strap would have been a little more restrictive.
