Winter is here!!
We officially had our first snowfall in NYC, which means the bitter cold will soon be upon us. It’s time to start bundling up!
I love a good peacoat or topcoat, but let’s be honest, they won’t really keep you warm when it’s 10 degrees outside. You can layer up, but it’s hard to find a Winter coat that’s both warm and fashionable. The North Face is on a mission to change that though. They just launched a new collection of luxury outerwear called Cryos. It’s inspired by the mountains, and has a ton of tech features to fight the dead of Winter.
I styled out their silver Cryos GTX Jacket during our recent weekend in Bellport and it was a lifesaver next to the cold water! I went full monochrome, pairing it with grey cashmere joggers and a striped sweater. I love all the cool greys together!
The jacket has a Gore-tex shell that’s completely waterproof and windproof. The North Face even integrated a melton lining in critical areas of your body in order to retain heat. Even the zippers have an AquaGuard to keep water out.
